To me, it sounds like a version related problem coupled with the phone you have.
As mentioned earlier, I have a nvidia shield running Android 5, and encounter no issues browsing, playing games etc.
Would anyone recommend going for an older model phone?
I was thinking about possibly going for an S4 or something.
