Any versions of the game is accessible, however i recommend you to get second encore since that one has an autodetect screen reader / sapi 5 right from the start without having to write a command to enable the clipboard. Not only that, in second encore all the text based story scenes is replaced with a fully voiced dialogs.
As for other accessible games on steam, you can by sequence storm, code 7 and alt frequencies.
