How to use a synthesizer speak library in c#

Hello folks...
I'm not coding this, but 4 guys are. They do not know much about accessibility, and went all the way with sapi, which apart of laggy is quite unresponsive, specially if you're trying to interrupt speech when it's reading unnecessary info.
We were figuring out how to make NVDA or JAWS speak the text which is being self voiced by sapi in the project, but couldn't find the way out. How do you guys do this? can we use libs like universal speech or tolk the same in C#?
