@kool_turk and @MSlion: It's always running on my server, so there should always be at least 1 place it can download from. Maybe it was still downloading? Do you still have empty folders? Press alt enter on the folder and check out the properties. Right now, I've got:
/home/fastfinge/hpfics
1.7 GB in 4619 files
so if the size and number of files match for you, you've got it all. If not, check your firewall settings, because there are currently 29 people online in the folder, so it should be downloading quite quickly.
Also, as a semi-unrelated FYI to those of you using BTSync, you should be aware that it does give out the name of your computer, in a list of everyone connected to the folder. So if you've called your computer something like "Joe W. Smith's basement PC", you're giving out your full name to every random person who joins the folder, even though you maybe didn't mean to. Not a big deal for Harry Potter fanfic, but I am sure there are some less legal folders out there.
