Without knowing what screen-reader you're using it will be difficult to give you exact steps to fix this problem. The problem you're facing is called "mixed-case processing." You need to turn it on in your screen-reader. Mixed case processing tells the screen-reader to split up words that are joined together using capital letters.

It's really easy to do in JAWS through the settings center. In NVDA once I was looking for about ten seconds I gave up (then again, I've never found NVDA's options dialogs to be intuitive, so I avoid them if I can.)

So where ever you find mixed case processing turn it on.
