Yes. We are instituting a blanket ban on Ultrapower along with the already existing blanket ban on The Killer.
I'm sorry this was not clarified sooner. Around the time I was going to update the sticky posts, things got crazy.
Asking for the game is really a bad idea for a few reasons. Mainly that the rights of who actually owns the game seem to be in some what of an uncertainty at the moment.
I will go update those sticky topics now to reflect the blanket ban.
