Maybe you could add energy, stamina, and thurst. Also climate. Like for instance, if its hot, like today, your thurst increases faster, and energy/stamina drains quicker, In a snowy climate, your body temperature drops, so your energy drains quicker as well. Or like in STW, you can enter into a coma.
