Some of the posts were phrased rudely and unfairly, but it's important that you listen to the message behind the bullshit, that way you can get some actually useful feedback out of it.
Basically what I'm saying is, assholes can still have a point, and recognizing that can actually help you if you let it.
Doesn't make them not assholes though...
