For IOS, there's an app called talking tuner, which is very nice, it will tell you the note and how sharp/flat it is.

If you use a studio with Reaper and NVDA, you can use GTune, which is a free VST plugin that is associated with SIBIAC and you can tune that way too, it will allow you the same benefits as talking tuner, but is tethered to a windows PC.  Talking Tuner is not free, but well worth it.
