hello.
the problem with the down arrow is because there is some kind of gelatinous plastic under the key, and it made so it can act like a spring and go to it's prier shape when the key is released, thus bringing the key up. and that plastic lost it's shape because of age or long time use. if you want to sea for you're self, buy a balloon, and hold on to it without blowing it. after about 2 weeks you can sea the effect.
