Can we just talk about the interesting balancing of the new update?
It takes 2 minutes to make anything interesting happen. Seriously. 2 minutes is also me being nice, I usually tend to hit level 2 in 2 minutes and 40 or so seconds.
From level 2, I usually advance to level 3 by smashing a single wall. Urm, so how do the points scale with your level, exactly? Just wondering at a very steep curve and the seeming lack of pattern in the point values needed to level up.
If it's based on location, *shrug* you're the dev, but remember that you'll be gaining levels crazy quickly later on.
Also, I wonder, why does level 1 take a little more than half of the demo time to complete? Is this done intentionally in order for us to pay if we want to continue playing?
If I pick up 3 speed up items I'm just screwed. I run literally too fast to do anything with that high of stereo separation and volume decrease. By the time I hear an obstacle, I am dead.
Overall, as I've said before, I like Mason's take on the game better. I'm sorry.
