Well, I got down to the bottom. Killed two bosses, got wrecked by the third, but hey, at least now I can copter back down here. Found a chest on the fifth level but have no idea what's in it. Also a chest emblazoned with a dragon, but I can't access that, so I have no idea what the heck it is.

Paladin references! Weird, but fun.
It's apparently the Desert Dragon's Lair, but I'll be damned if I know where he is.
Still would love to know where Hathorillian is, as well as what other stuff is in the ruins just by the water in Requia.
I'm also starting to realize that a lot of the post-game stuff is probably meant for a team above level 80, and your team that beast the stadium master for the first time will be 60-65 probably, so there's definitely a gap there. The only reason mine are much higher is because I've been grinding the stadium over and over again. Also, the boss that wrecked me just now strikes me as the sort where you need a full team of level 100s, and even then, probably dozens of revives. He was hitting me with spells that did crazy amounts of damage, usually result in one-hit kills even with my manamon at level 90. And I suspect I do have to kill him if I want everything. It's going to hurt to do all this over again, play the game with a new team and whatever, given that there is, as far as I know, no way to store manamon from manamon 2 in manamon 1 (as in, I think it's a one-way ticket). This means if I get really insane items, I lose them when the game is reset and won't get them until virtually all the other challenges are done. Kind of defeats the purpose, unless online battling becomes a thing, but then anyone who takes enough time will just have whatever the rewards are anyway, so it's...I dunno. I'm maybe not making a ton of sense. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I like that there's more postgame stuff, even if it's weird (weird is not a bad thing necessarily) but if getting certain rewards is only possible after you're at max level and with no other challenges left, there's really nothing to use said rewards on.
All that said, I've been woefully wrong before. Just look at that whole Thunder Prairie tree thing and what it yields. So if I'm wrong again, I'll be happy to apologize. There has definitely been a lot more thought that went into this vs. the last game; original Manamon was good, this one is considerably better.
