I'm feeling like a dumbo. I know how to find the coins for the coin quest, but how do you even start it, I'm probably missing this person totalk to. all over the city with the power plant. and they're not in the exit house.
help?
I repeat, I know where the coins are cuz it was mentioned in the thread, but where the person I talk to to be able to find them is where I'm stumpped.
