it isn't impossible to have eloquence in sapi 5, doing this is illegal in countries with copyright law though.
here in iran, we have some farsi tts engines in sapi5 form that use eloquence for reading english texts.
if you install these TTS engines you can ignore farsi engines and just use eloquence. although it have some bugs.
