I'd argue that since they're already so slow, 25% speed loss won't really be noticeable. Reducing the cut a bit wouldn't really help.

I've just noticed that in the upgraded Master Stadium, the first 3 opponents add another member to their team to have a full team of 6, but Dexter does not and still only has 5.
