Eventually the dragon will smash his machine and you can start dealing damage to it. Someone mentioned having flying types so earthquake did 0 damage. I kinda just muscled through it.
Still stuck in the tribal village if anyone could give me pointers.
@1526, if memory serves, there shoulda been these portal things and a healing machine (like the one by the desert dragon and its machine). If you don't see one, make sure you've climbed the post and headed east and stepped onto the conveyer belts.
The second belt will teleport you back to near the beginning of the platform because you land on a teleporting thing, so make sure that while you're on the belt, you're on the north side of it while traveling right/east.
