IN the case of walking, you have to level them up as far as I know, but apparently they all work now, which is good.
Here are the ones I've found. And bear in mind, these are new ones. This does not include old manamon:

Oxinik evolves into Gubballine with Gunk Element
Grimadent evolves to Cerberat via trading whilst holding Venomous Lance
Venomander evolves into Delazzard by trading
Cowmoono evolves into Kamadeir with Holy Artifact
Purivia evolves into Treezon with Chlorophyll Element
Donnammer evolves into Javoltric by walking around and levelling it up
Eksponge evolves into ??? by either level-up or walking around and then levelling up
Ampanda evolves into Bamboon while holding Yellow Star and levelling up (must be level 30)
Cloritus evolves into Sanctisoul by levelling up while wearing a Haunted Hat (must be level 30)
Sluggugg evolves into Escargma by walking with it for awhile and then levelling up
Mutmo evolves into Irond by levelling up while wearing the Magnet Jacket
Mutmo evolves into ??? by walking around and then levelling up
Salvahound evolves into Rescumo by walking around and levelling up
Quartantula evolves into Symphonid if you get 80% or higher on any rhythm game while Quartantula is in your party
