GNOME 3.12 Accessibility

Any news on accessibility? Or is this to be yet another non-release …

On a related note: does linux actually have a complete, holistic desktop environment yet? I mean, how close are we to not requiring a CLI, other than optionally? It's interesting to me that focus in recent times like XFCE has actually been to go backwards, i.e. maintain the status quo.

PS Subjects cannot contain only capital letters? WTF?

Edit: Well, of course you can go the non-GUI talking desktop route to, like ADRIANE, but that's not really what I'm talking about. Like Oralux and EmacsSpeak before it, the danger is in the exclusivity, as usual.
