I like that you've laid them out and explained your concepts.
for the wizards I've mentioned, crystal seers was meant to be seeers that use crystals, and vermin magi were meant, not to be vermin themselves, but to send swarms of insects, rats, and other nasty stuff into battle with magic.
But thanks for letting us see what's going on in your head, I appreciate it and love how you think.
Most of the stuff you mentioned I can think of mechanical or cosmetic stuff to do with them in terms of the prefixes, but admittedly, many of them are not particularly interesting and many of them are more flavor/cosmetic than really altering gameplay. For example, the Prarie prefix was mine I think and all I would've done with that was put out some environmental flavor text in the race description, maybe given them a slight population boost (due to farming) and maybe made their faces appear in a mix of yellow and/or green.
Most of the stuff I suggested except for some weird stuff was also more a slight combat rating change or otherwise just minor mechanical stuff and was more for flavor text or atmospheric diversity in the game rather than definite stuff that would greatly affect gameplay.
I'll try to limit my ideas to stuff that is more gameplay-heavy and game-play focused.
