Only if you're okay with both people having the single Email address which was used to register. The Email address of the PayPal account is what VGStorm will use to authenticate a purchased copy for the purposes of online trading and battles.
To register the game, all you need is the registration name and the provided registration key. However, to do online trading and battles, you need the Email address. If two copies are purchased for two different people using the same PayPal account, both those people will need to know that Email address if they want to do online trading or battles.
