I don't remember if a wi-fi radio was part of the hardware design specifications. If it isn't, there may need to be a way to retrofit the firmware so that if the Sonus is plugged into the computer, its drivers would serve as an internet gateway, because being able to play against other people is too good of a thing to pass up, especially in the connected era we live in.
