You can rematch all stadium leaders. They're quite high level, so this won't be easy.
Hyper Symphonid is in Brightenburg Wilderness, across the river, sorta near where you got the crowbar I think.
The ghost is back in Shadow Canyon, more specifically up the tower where you found him before.
Byron is where he was before (just fly back to Frozen Hinterland and go in that way).
Angel automaton is near the dungeon entrance of the catacombs.
There are three Paladin of the Sky-related bosses in an area through the catacombs. The first one is not hard; the second is trickier; the third is a long, long slog.
There's a boss underwater near Shadow Canyon. Look around that area and bring at least one water manamon.
If you get some black matter blades forged (with husks and goo), you will be able to release three mythicals from Cave of Fates. Each mythical goes to its own little room, each near one of the cities that unlocks after the Ogma plot is done.
Oh also? You can go back to Requia Castle. You may or may not find a surprise fight there, and may or may not be given an item which will let you face the final mythical.
I believe once you beat all eight gym leaders, the master stadium can be upgraded, and the tamers have one more manamon on each team. This is a quicker way to grind up weaker mons.One that wasn't mentioned here is the old manamon Master, Rubin. He's standing straight north of the entrance to the Master's Heights, which is an area that opens up behind the Master Stadium once you beat the game.
