@23, if I'm interpreting the note from the MSDN correctly then hooks against 64-bit process from 32-bit processes could cause this kind of issue. I'm not a professional windows programmer though. Still doesn't excuse NVAccess from releasing a 64-bit build of NVDA -- all I've heard from them are excuses. They haven't even tried it.
