Re: Retroarch is now accessible

@JaceK I don't know what could be happening with the floating point exception error.  Do you have any logs for its?  You have to start retroarch with logging to see the full logs, using retroarch -v or the retroarch logging shortcut on windows.

@Phoenix1991 Linux is supported, but you have to have espeak installed with the corresponding voice packs.  You can install them with "sudo apt-get install espeak  espeak-data"

@buu420 The windows ocr sounds like something that could be useful in the future, though it's fairly involved for an option that would be limited to windows.  I haven't tested it myself, so I can't speak for how accurate it is.  Not all ocr algorithms are the same.  Tesseract for instance requires a lot of processing on the image to see the text, while it works for documents, it doesn't work by itself for natural scenes or game screenshots.

Finally, I made a quality of life improvement for the ztranslate.net/service users.  Now, when you use the ai service with narrator or speech modes, it will compare the text found to the previously taken image, and speak new text on the screen first from top to bottom, and then any old text.  This changes the order it's on the screen, so if that causes an issue, you can repeat the call again.  Since the previously taken image would be the same in that case, then it'll speak it out from top to bottom like normal.

It seems the suggestion to add the text to the clipboard could be the best approach for speeding things up for windows users who are having lag issues.
