Tactical Battle has at least two good Starwars map packs, but unfortunately I lost my copies when updating to Windows 10. I'm sure someone will have them though...
Sound RTS also had a Starwars mod, but I'm not sure how good it was. It may be on the audio games archive, or maybe Darter will have it, since I think he was the one that created it.
