Well. For the bluetooth audio nvda addon, the official GitHub repository states (under the downloads heading)
Current stable version (Python 3 only, requires NVDA 2019.3 or later)
So I would say, that it already has been ported, the nvda addons for python 3 list are just a bit out of date.
