There’s budokai tenkaichi 3 for both ps2 and wii, and burst limit and the raging blast series for both ps3 and x360. Those games story mode are very playable, simply because you only have to watch a scene and fight through all the sagas. Also for budokai tenkaichi 3 most of the menus are read out loud, from the main menu, story select, etc except for character select and some other menus that are not read out loud.
