This is kinda cheaty, but oh well.
You know the clocks of the village game?
You can play that over and over and sometimes you'll get gems.
Every time you play, set 2 and only 2 clocks to the right number, then explore the houses for gems and coins.
The coins will keep you going, and it seems possible to keep playing infinitely. I have more than 75 defeats lol.
