Essun from the Fifth Season trilogy.
She'd be stone/earth/ice. In this series, there's a class of people who can manipulate the earth in some pretty phenomenal ways (earth and stone). And while doing so, she has what's called a Taurus (basically a bubble around her that gets really, really cold, to enough of an extent that she can flash-freeze things in her vicinity).
A few neat ideas for moves for her:
Geosense (earth): For 5 turns, Essun cannot be hit by earth or stone attacks
Cataclysm (stone): An enormous rift opens below the victim's feet, then closes viciously as they fall; 110 power, 100 accuracy, has a 20% chance to lower the target's defense; traps the target in battle so they cannot escape; only has 3 use points
Deep Freeze (ice): 140 power, 100 accuracy, hits all hostile targets; Essun cannot use this move for 2 turns afterword
Ability: Adaptable (any move Essun uses will use the higher of her attack or special attack to do damage
