help with downloading audio files from youtube.

i have found an audiobook in russian on youtube, and i want to download it with pontes media downloader.
but how can i know the URL name to enter it in the program and download that?
i know the name of the link "audiobook, the adventures of tom soyer", but i think to enter the URL i need to click something like that: watch|v...
so, i can i know the URL of the thing which i want to download from youtube?
