As the Galaxy S10E is now on Android 10 and will be getting Android 11 as well, you won't be disappointed.

Tip:
If you ask Bixby to tell you a joke or a story, I'd turn off voice assistant temporarily with the Volume-Up+power or Volume-Up-Down hold command (by default) before issuing one of those, as many of them now have sound. You may not need to do that however, depending on the TTS voice or screen reader ya use.
