Strange Audio Behavior on Windows 10

Hi folks,

I've never encountered this before. I'm running Intel UHD Graphics 620 on my HP ProBook 440 G6. I'm getting pretty high-res audio with audio enhancements turned on. It occasionally will sound tinny, like the enhancements are being temporarily disabled. I tried Googling this issue, but I can't find anything related to this specific problem. Any experience with this?
