Question about restoring the Mac from a Carbon Copy Cloner backup

When I boot up my Mac from the normal internal drive, it only shown one partition (Macintosh HD). However, when I boot the Mac from CCC backup drive, my Mac starts showing up two partitions (Macintosh HD, and Macintosh HD data). So, my question is, if I were to restore from the backup, which target drive should I select? Macintosh HD or the Macintosh HD data?
