Hi, you should copy the theme manager folder to %appdata%%/roaming/nvda/addons.
But there is a better addon that makes sounds as you focus on objects, which is obj sounds. To download it, go to the NVDA menü, click tools, click addon manager then in the dialog box select download more addons. I hope it's there. thanks.
