Note that when you go through the request form for demos, there are several checkboxes you have to check before the demo gets sent out, and unfortunately the form doesn't' tell you or send up a notification if there is an issue.
I made this mistake with the audio rally racing demo, but once I went through and fixed the checkboxes in addition to writing my name and email everything worked out.
