It's an awesome platform, with lots of features. I think it's better to report unigram bugs to It's own developer, since he's more likely to listen and fix them. a lot of us telegram users have bad experience from contacting telegram support team for accessibility, from getting a text including promises to being completely ignored. fortunately unigram's developer isn't like that.
one of the telegram's features that you should check out is it's robots. there are lot's of cool bots out there that can help you do your stuff. get access to your emails, twitter timeline, rss feeds, all from inside the telegram app. I could say that bots are the best part of this platform.
