Yes, that is a mud, so nothing to download accept a client, unless you already have one. I recommend mush client, or vip if you prefer that. the info is 4Dimensions.org Port 6000. So, you open the client, and in the new world section, 4dimensions.org goes in the host, and 4000 goes in the port.
