ineage should honestly quit stalling and freaking include Talkback in the rom like we asked them to years ago. But to be fair, a lot of the blind romming community as we know it has become about as fragmented as jailbreaking itself, with most of the enthusiasts either switching to iPhone, or sticking with stock seeing as the benefits of running custom beyond squeezing life into your device have gotten so much slimmer. Part of that is definitely Cyanogen's fault, part of it is the change in lockscreens killing off slider shortcuts (remember slide left to unlock and go straight to the dialer?) and Android changing so much over the years towards a look but don't touch open source. The biggest buzz-kill has to be the commercialization of Cyanogen though, that was a practical death-blow to the organized rom community.
