There are over a dozen entries in the street fighter series. Which one do you want? The original street fighter only had 3 special moves to learn, being the hadouken, shoryuken, and tatsumaki. You dont need a website for those, I can tell you right here.
In all seriousness, try gamefaqs. They have novelists for most of the older games.
