Re: posting in open sorced games will also fall at unothirised forks?

There's nothing wrong with modifying open-sourced games and adding things to them. That's the very nature of open-sourcing a game. Unfortunately, this is a concept that neither Mason nor a certain portion of the community fully understands, because the second they find out that you modified an open-sourced project they jump on your case about it pretty much instantly. Personally, I wouldn't bother.
