Quarter angry rant.
I JUST SPENT, like an hour downloading and redownloading the game the devil. That MMORPG! AND WHAT DO I GET when I press the run.exe file?
1 second long music.

And what do I get when I edit the thing's local emilater language to chinese and click run?
No music at all!

I get the same thing when running it in administrator. I need help with this, because I don't want to have downloaded this thing only to have it not work.
