vesta for free is the only website source of free plugins i can think of, if they weren't accessable at all, i'd just presse p on reaper to bring the FX Parameters window, that way i can play with the values and see what they do, i usually wright a text file with the Parameters and what they do if i couldn't find a way to tab in to the plugin's window
i do have other free vesta plugins from all over websites for pitch, eq, tube, compression etc
