Re: stimulus package check
I don't believe there are explicit guidelines surrounding SSI beneficiaries from the IRS directly; however, from doing a simple Google search, the prevalent understanding is that SSI recipients are eligible, but unless you filed for taxes in 2018 or 2019, the government has no way of paying you. The payments are coming from the IRS, not the SSA, so even if you receive direct-deposited or paper checks, that does not mean you will immediately receive aid from the stimulus bill.
If you are over 18 and receive SSI benefits, I'd ask your parents (if applicable) about your tax situation. It's good practice to be aware of this and be fully engaged with doing your own taxes, but I know that's not always the case and parents wind up filing for their kids even if they are over 18.
In the event you did not work but filed for a verification of non-filing (the document that verifies you disclosed your having not worked for the year), you still are claiming some address as where you reside, so my guess would be that you'd be mailed a check if you receive SSI payments.
If you receive no social security benefits at all and are claimed as a dependent of your parent(s), you are not eligible to receive a stimulus bill payment.
