it might just be how its loading, and chrome has been known to load things in such a way that it uses a lot more memory then it really should, but then again that boosts speed not utterly destroys it. I'm not sure on android but thats how it is on windows and mac, so i'm not quite sure. And microsoft edge for android? Sense when did microsoft poke there little head outside of there large room of the tech world. Granted there's there office products, but the last web browser they gave to another as far as i know was internet explorer back near when it was first released to replace safari. It ended up being a disaster and Apple switched back.
