Absolutely not. Google will charge you if your bandwidth goes over the bandwidth limits without asking you first and you will have to put a credit card on file during sign-up (in general, this is true of any of the bigger cloud offerings). Same for space limits as well. You'll just suddenly get auto-charged at the end of the billing period, oops.
