where to obtain manamon for the 2nd stadium in manamon 2?

hello all, when fighting the 2nd manamon stadium leader in eternal requium, manamon 2, where can i obtain the manamon she has? i am unsure what the final enimy is called at present, the one that keeps recharging its health, but would like it!! thank you for any help.
