Look up the meaning of the word "caution".
Part of that definition essentially boils down to "watch out". It doesn't mean you have done straight-up harm. Note how I said that I don't sense harm here? The caution is meant essentially to say that this much is fine, but if this turns into worse, it could be problematic.
It was, in large part, provoked by the other thread that I'd just dealt with shortly ago. It might seem overreactionary to you, but again, you have not been punished, merely asked not to take it any further. People here are infamous for pushing and trying to get as much out of things as they can, unfortunately, and thus I took action. But it was the gentlest action I could take in an official capacity. "Just be careful". It doesn't actually mean you already broke a rule, only that you're getting close to doing so.
