That port forwarding tool doesn't work if your router doesn't support UPNP. I've discovered how to use a Linux server as a middleman to perofrm remote TCP and UDP port forwarding. A guide is in the works that should be posted to the Articles room. Be aware however that it requires at least a little knowledge of Linux and a minimum of $5 a month to run the server.
