Alright here I go, You want to try OSX with VMware? here's the site!

Feel free to dive in and download your OSX machine and run it with VM ware. just remember, I think the windows logo key is options,, the alt key is command, ... or something like that. I really forgot this though.
just try Alt+f5, windows+f5, or control+f5, once you're booted to the system.
(After turning on the VM machine, wait for a while then try the commands above and you get VoiceOver)
And here's I want to say about legality:
1: I do not care about violating apple's rule.
Because This solution won't Stop visually impaired people to buy a mac, instead it helps them familiar with the system.
