Alexa won't play any music or books!
Hello! I have an echo dot 3 rd gen. I've resetted my device, connected to the 5g router and all that, but alexa won't play any music, sing a song or nothing like that. Everything else works fine. Is there a problem with Amazon's server or what is going on?
